Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at thesmartpacker@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Certain personal use items (when applicable)

Print-on-Demand Products

Items that are made to order (such as apparel and custom merchandise) are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse on these items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws. Items must be unused and in original condition.
